Swapper is an independent coordination tool for private allocation cohorts.
What Swapper does
Swapper collects private preferences, displays permitted aggregate demand, and identifies possible exchanges. It does not perform original allocations and is not affiliated with or endorsed by an institution unless explicitly stated.
Consent and official approval
A proposed exchange only records mutually agreed intentions. Your original allocation remains authoritative until any required institutional or external approval is completed. Each participant must explicitly accept the same proposal.
Demand is descriptive
Current cohort demand reflects participating users only. It is not an allocation probability, prediction, or guarantee.
Responsible use
Submit accurate allocation information and join only workspaces you are invited to. Do not submit sensitive personal information, private reasons, health information, or hardship evidence. Respect your institution's rules and other members' privacy.
Workspace administration
Workspace owners and administrators control membership, deadlines, invites, options and phase changes. Owners may export or delete workspace data. A workspace may be closed, and access may be revoked.
