Privacy

Swapper is an independent coordination tool for private allocation cohorts.

Information used

Swapper stores your email address and name, workspace membership, option rankings, current assignment, acceptable destinations, proposal decisions, and essential audit and security records. It does not ask why you prefer or need an option.

Who sees what

Members see their own rankings and privacy-safe cohort aggregates. Administrators see membership, assignments and operational records. Other participants' identities and agreed exchanges are revealed in proposal exports only after unanimous consent.

Authentication and infrastructure

Sign-in uses short-lived, single-use email links and an essential session cookie. Cloudflare provides hosting, database, email and abuse verification. Authentication tokens are not stored in your browser's local storage.

Local drafts

Unsaved rankings may be preserved in local storage on your device, scoped to your account and workspace. They are submitted to Swapper only when you choose to save. Avoid using a shared device for private preferences.

Data controls

You can sign out or revoke all sessions from your dashboard. Workspace owners can export and delete workspace records through the administration panel. Contact your workspace owner for corrections, access or workspace data deletion requests.

Keep sensitive information out

Do not submit health information, disability details, hardship evidence, relationship circumstances or other personal justifications. Swapper only needs your allocation and your choices.
